AI Masterclass: frequently asked questions
Do I need any technical background or coding experience?
Absolutely not. This masterclass is designed for business leaders, not developers. If you can use WhatsApp and email, you have all the technical skills you need. Dennis's MA in Education means he knows how to teach complex concepts in simple, practical terms.
What should I bring on the day?
Bring your laptop (fully charged), your phone, and a specific business challenge you want to solve. We will use your real business during the hands-on exercises, so the more context you bring, the more you take away.
Is this just another AI talk with no practical outcomes?
This is the opposite of a talk. It is a hands-on workshop with a maximum of 20 participants. You will build real automations, configure real tools, and leave with working assets. The 12 prompt templates alone will save you hundreds of hours over the next year.
What if I already use ChatGPT regularly?
Perfect, you will get even more out of this. Most regular ChatGPT users are only scratching the surface. The CRIT prompting framework, the automation builds, and the AI agent demonstration will take your capabilities to a completely different level.
Can I send someone from my team instead of attending myself?
Absolutely. In fact, sending a team member alongside yourself is one of the highest-ROI approaches. The team discount (15% off for 3+ seats) makes this even more attractive. Many companies send their CEO plus their operations or marketing lead.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Within 7 days of booking online you may cancel for any reason and get a full refund (your cooling-off right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act), unless the masterclass has already taken place. After that: cancel 14 or more days before the event for a full refund, or 7 to 13 days before it for a 50% refund. Cancel less than 7 days before the event: no refund, but you may transfer your seat to a colleague at no charge. If the person booked cannot attend because of their death or hospitalisation, the full amount is refunded (Consumer Protection Act, section 17(5)). If we cancel the event, you receive a full refund.
