A full day in person, with at most 20 people, so everyone builds on their own laptop with help from Dennis.   4. 04. Operations, Automation, and Workflow Design. Build your first no-code automation on Make.com live. Create SOPs, job descriptions, onboarding documents, and operational workflows. Discover how to build custom apps with Lovable without writing a single line of code.
  5. 05. Build Your Own AI Sales Agent. The capstone. You will hands-on build a basic AI sales agent configured for your business using OpenClaw. Not a demo — you walk out with a working agent that can qualify leads, answer prospect questions, and support your sales process from day one.

Who it is for

Owners, founders, managers and marketing or sales leads of small and medium businesses in South Africa. You need no coding or technical background: if you can use email and WhatsApp, you can do this.
