Webinar Referral Competition Rules

Each free webinar has its own competition. It opens when registration for that webinar opens and closes when the webinar starts, at the date and time shown on the webinar page.

• Anyone aged 18 or older who registers for the webinar with their own details.
• Not the promoter's directors, employees, agents or consultants, or their spouses, partners or family members living with them.
• One entry per person. Registering more than once does not give you more entries.

• Entering is free: there is nothing to buy or pay.
• After registering, use the "Invite Friends" form to invite colleagues by email, up to 10 people. Only invite people you know who would want to hear about the webinar.
• Each invited person receives one email from us. We do not invite anyone who is already registered or was invited by someone else, and we may pause invitations for the day if very many are sent.

• The winner is the entrant whose invitations lead to the most registrations for that webinar. An invited person counts once they register for the webinar themselves before it starts.
• If entrants are tied, the one who reached that number first wins.
• We count from our booking records, and will tell any entrant how their count was made if they ask.

• One free seat at our next in-person AI masterclass, worth the published price of that masterclass. If no masterclass is scheduled when the winner is chosen, the seat is for the next one we schedule.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner may give the seat to a colleague.

• We email the winner within 7 days after the webinar.
• The winner claims the prize by replying within 30 days. If they do not, or are not eligible, the prize goes to the entrant with the next highest count.
• With the winner's permission we may share their first name and initial; we tell anyone who asks who won.

Registrations or invitations that are fake, automated or sent to people the entrant does not know do not count, and we may disqualify the entrant. We decide this fairly, and will explain our reasons if asked.

We use an invited colleague's email address only to send that one invitation, to avoid inviting them twice and to count the competition. We do not add them to any mailing list. If they do not register, we delete the address 90 days after the webinar. See our Privacy Policy.

The competition is run under section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act and its regulations. These rules are free to read here at any time, and any change applies only to competitions that have not yet opened. We keep records of each competition, its entrants and its winner for three years.
